NestCrafters LLC was not formed in what you would expect the traditional construction company. In December of 2021, Zach was in between jobs and decided to help Ryan with a rental property renovation while pursuing his next career.
During the completion of that project, Zach realized his passion and love for renovating a home. Once that project was completed, Zach and Ryan sat in the gravel driveway and pondered What’s Next? That led to the founding of NestCrafters in early 2022.
Zach has extensive management experience working as a manager for a Fortune 500 company, 2 years working for a technology company and a passion for the construction business, which has led to the perfect fit to lead the team of an innovative construction company.
Ryan has been a full-time real estate agent for over 20 years selling homes with his family: The ORR Home Selling Team in Muncie Indiana. He also has 13+ years of experience as a real estate investor renting and flipping homes. He currently serves as an advisor to NestCrafters.
Zach and Ryan understand how big of a decision it is to hire a contractor to come into your home. Since day one, we have strived to earn customers for life – not just one project.
As of January 2024, our team of 6 amazing employees have completed over 87 home renovation projects and have decades of experience in the construction industry. Zach Miller
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Zach runs the daily operations of the business. He is continually working with customers and leads all construction team members and subcontractors. Zach has extensive management experience working as a district manager for a Fortune 500 company. He is very detailed and continuously provides quality projects.
Mike
DIRECTOR OF 24/7 RESTORATION SERVICES
Mike leads our 24/7 restoration services division specializing in remediating issues caused by water, fire and storm damages. Mike has 25+ years experience in home remodeling and new construction. He has spent the last 11 years of his career focused on restoration work from managing large reconstructs to smaller emergency repairs. Mike loves the business and would be happy to serve your family and/or business in your time of need.
Hannah
DIRECTOR OF PAINTING SERVICES
Hannah leads all of our painting projects. She was raised in construction with her family and naturally talented. She is also very talented in many areas of construction including trim installation, tile and drywall projects.
Johnny
JUNK REMOVAL / PROPERTY PRESERVATION TEAM
Johnny runs our junk removal / property preservation crew. He has been in the preservation industry for many years. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the preservation industry.
Jeromee
CARPENTER / PAINTING
Jeromee works in conjunction with the team to finish projects. He is very experienced in many aspects of construction

MASTER CARPENTER
Donnie is our master carpenter with over 22 years in the industry.
Ryan Orr
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ryan is a well respected real estate agent and investor in the Muncie and Delaware county area. He along with Zach co-founded NestCrafters in early 2022. He works with Zach as an adviser in overseeing operations, growing the business and confirming we are continuously providing high quality services to customers.
