DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Zach runs the daily operations of the business. He is continually working with customers and leads all construction team members and subcontractors. Zach has extensive management experience working as a district manager for a Fortune 500 company. He is very detailed and continuously provides quality projects. Zach takes pride in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
Mike
DIRECTOR OF RESTORATION
Mike leads our 24/7 restoration services division specializing in remediating issues caused by water, fire and storm damages. Mike has 25+ years experience in home remodeling and new construction. He has spent the last 11 years of his career focused on restoration work from managing large reconstructs to smaller emergency repairs. Mike loves the business and would be happy to serve your family and/or business in your time of need.

Donnie is our master carpenter with over 24 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. With a passion for exceptional craftsmanship and an eye for intricate detail, he specializes in custom woodwork, framing, cabinetry, and high-end finishes. Throughout his career, Donnie has honed his skills on projects ranging from residential homes to small commercial projects, ensuring every piece is executed with precision and care.
Ryan Orr

Ryan is a well-respected real estate agent and investor in the Muncie and Delaware County area. He, along with Zach, co-founded NestCrafters in early 2022. He works with Zach as a business adviser in overseeing operations, growing the business, and confirming our team is continuously providing high-quality services to customers.
